Rose Flanagan has been in the industry starting just out of school for 33 years. During this time period she has worked with First Class, Standard, and Parcels. She is the Manager of Postal Strategies and Logistics for Data-Mail, Inc. of Connecticut and Director – Representative of NASML – An USPS MTAC Association.
Her 32 plus years’ experience has been in production, taking the requirements to meet USPS specifications, work with various software systems to maximize postage, while minimizing the effects on production. In addition, Rose has been heavily involved in mail piece design both from the standpoint of meeting USPS standards as well as the ability to process on the equipment on the production floor efficiently. She is an industry expert on commingle, consolidation and co-pal all significant postage savings processes.
Rose has served and Co-chaired numerous MTAC workgroups, user groups and she believes it is important to have a voice for the mail service provider (MSP) as well as the mail owners. As a Director of NASML she has been a MTAC Association Voting Member for 5-years and participating on various workgroups for 8-years. Rose has presented with various industry conferences and associations I.E. NPF, PCC’s, IDEAlliance, PostCom, DFW Mailers Association and NASML.
